The Gospel of Yahshua the Messiah

Part 1

In the beginning Elohim, God, made the heavens and the earth. Elohim, Yahweh, made all the animals too. He also made human beings.

Adam and Eve were made perfect.

They sinned against Yahweh

They became spiritually dead, condemned to death, wrath of Yahweh upon them.

Adam and Eve were our first parents. Adam and Eve were everyone’s dad and mom. So, Adam was your daddy, and Eve was your mommy. Everyone here has genes from Adam and Eve.

Because Adam and Eve sinned, their bodies became sinful bodies. Sin entered into them and became part of them.

Adam and Eve could now die because of sin. Death comes because of sin.

Everyone on earth dies. We all die because we have all inherited sin. But, we have not only inherited sin, we have all sinned.

Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned—Romans 5:12 ESV

All men have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of Elohim - Romans 3:23 ESV

Break

Yahweh loved all of His creation.

What He made was good and perfect.

Yahweh is just, sin must be punished, all sin must be punished.

Justice demands that sin be punished. All sin is punished. All of it.

Because Adam and Eve sinned, they were condemned to die. They were condemned to die not only a physical death, but a spiritual death.

Also, all their children, that is everyone on earth was also condemned to die.

A physical death is where your body dies. When you stop breathing, you are dead. Everybody on earth can die and that is because we have all sinned.

A spiritual death is where you are separated from Yahweh.

Remember what Yahweh the Son said, “I AM the Way, the Truth, and the LIFE...”

All life, the ability to be alive, whether it’s in people, animals, plants, or angels, comes from Yahweh.

When Yahweh made Adam’s body, it was just dust. Adam was physically dead. Then Yahweh breathed life into him and he became alive.

And Yahweh Elohim formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of LIFE; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7

All life comes from Yahweh.

When Adam and Eve sinned, they became spiritually dead. That means they were separated from Yahweh, from His endearing love and from His goodness.

Adam and Eve were no longer Yahweh’s children. They could no longer relate to Him like they did before.

Spiritually dead also means the wrath of Yahweh was upon Adam and Eve and upon all their children.

Yahweh’s wrath is extreme violent anger poured out upon sinners because of their sin and because they have rejected the hope that Yahweh gives.

Because of Adam’s and Eve’s sin, every living thing on earth dies too. Animals and plants don’t die because they have sinned. They die because the earth, actually the whole universe, is cursed because of Adam’s and Eve’s sin.

Romans 8:19-21 ESV For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Yahweh, in His just wrath, will cast every sinner into Hell and into the Lake of Fire. Here people pay for their sins for eternity. Ultimately, they are paying for the eternal sin of rejecting Yahweh’s eternal hope.

All human beings were headed for Hell and for the Lake of Fire to pay for their sins. Eternal torment.

Part 2

But Yahweh...

But Yahweh who is a just God who punishes sin, also loved His creation.

Yahweh knows that sin demands punishment and death, that’s His own law.

But Yahweh so loved His creation that He decided to make a way for sinners to have their sins removed.

This was not going to be easy, because sin must be punished and sinners must be put to death.

This is an eternal law.

So, what was the solution?

Yahweh was willing to be punished for the sin that man did, and if man believed in Him, his sins would be forgiven him.

Yahweh, Himself, was willing to be punished for the sin that Adam and Eve and all their children committed and would commit. If man repented of his sin and believed in Yahweh, his sins would be forgiven him.

This is the Good News! The Gospel! That your sins can be forgiven, blotted out, and that the wrath of Yahweh can be removed from you.

Yahweh, Himself, was willing to be punished for the sin that Adam and Eve and all their children committed, including you.

Now Yahweh is Spirit. Spirits do not have flesh and bones, they do not have a physical body, and so they cannot die a physical death.

Yahweh does not have flesh and bones.

[Yahshua after resurrection] “See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” Luke 24:39

Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24

Yahweh does not have flesh and bones. So, what did Yahweh do?

So, Yahweh came to earth as a human being. He was born a baby from a virgin woman called Mary, who was betrothed to a righteous man called Joseph. But Joseph was not His true father.

He had no earthly father. He was not born from man. He was born from God. God was His father. He would be known as God’s only begotten son. He was the only human who ever came from God.

He was a sinless baby and grew up never ever sinning. He had no sin because He had no earthly father. Sin is inherited from the father.

He would die for your sins and if you repented of your sins and believed in Him, you would be saved from the wrath of Yahweh.

Yahweh came as a man to save mankind from their sins. He would call Himself Yahweh’s Salvation, or Yahoshua, or Yahshua in the shortened Aramaic.

Yahweh came as a man, sinless man, to die for your sins. If you believed in Him, you would not perish (in eternal hell) but would have eternal life (in the presence of Yahweh)

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

If you believe in Yahshua, the Son of the living Elohim, you will not perish, but you will have eternal life.

He made a way for us. Yahshua died. Sin kills. He was made sin for us. He was buried.

But, because he was a sinless man, the grave cannot hold a sinless man.

Sinners die.

Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth it shall die...

Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death…

Sinners die. But Yahshua was not a sinner. He was a substitute for us.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For our sake He made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.

So, because He was without sin, the grave could not keep Him. If Yahshua had continued to be dead for years and years, that would have violated Yahweh’s Law. Only sinners die. Those without sin, do not die.

So, on the third day after His death, Yahshua rose from the dead!

No one has ever risen himself from the dead. Yahshua who was dead, and was buried, rose from the dead into an incorruptible body. His body can never ever die again!

Just as Yahshua rose from the dead, so everyone who believes in Him, though you die yet shall you live and have a body like his body!

Oh bless you Father for Your salvation!

Yahshua is the resurrection and the life. If you believe in Him, even if you die, you will live again in a perfect sinless body and you will live in eternal beauty with Yahweh!

John 11:25 ESV - Yahshua said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live…

Part 3

We are all born in sin.

Psalm 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies.

We have all lied. So, we have all been liars from birth.

We were all born in sin. We need to be born again into righteousness. Born not from your mother and father, but from Yahweh.

If you believe in His Son, Yahweh will give you a new birth. You will be a new person who does the things of Yahweh and not the wicked things of this world and of Satan.

Being saved is not automatic. Just because your parents are saved does not mean you are saved.

All people need to be saved from the wrath of Yahweh and from the eternal fires of Hell and the Lake of Fire.

Without Yahshua, you will be eternally separated from Yahweh and from His goodness and will be in torment for eternity.

You cannot gamble with your salvation. You need to be absolutely certain that you’re saved.

Everyone here needs to examine himself and herself to determine whether he or she is saved.

So, how do you get saved?

Romans 10:9 ESV that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Yahshua [or Yahshua is Lord] and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved

Confess with your mouth that Yahshua is Lord

Confessing is declaring publicly that Yahshua is Lord

If He is Lord, it means you repent of your sins and choose to live by His commandments.

Believing in your heart that Elohim raised Him from the dead

Believing means you have faith, you trust that Yahshua died, was buried, and that He rose again

Believing means you trust that it’s true and you live according to that truth: that Yahshua, is the Son of God, who died for your sins, and was buried, and He rose again to eternal life.

You will be saved.

The Philippian jailer asked, “What must I do to be saved?”

Acts 16:31 And they said, “Believe in the Lord Yahshua, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Mark 1:14 – 15 ESV After the arrest of John, Yahshua went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel of Elohim. 15“The time is fulfilled,” He said, “and the kingdom of Elohim is near. Repent and believe in the gospel!”

Acts 2:38 ESV And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahshua Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Repent....Believe...and be Baptized...Receive the Holy Spirit

You need to confess your sins before Yahweh and you need to believe in Yahshua and live by His commandments. True faith has works attached to it.

You need to work out your salvation, do the works that believers do.

You need to make sure you’re saved.

“Pray, ask Yahweh diligently, am I truly saved? I don’t want to be deceived and end up in Hell! Am I truly saved?”

Look at the Scriptures and judge yourself. Do you look like one of the saved people in the Bible?

When I was a young believer, I would look through the Bible and compare my actions and behavior to that of a believer in the Bible. I would read Galatians and compare myself to the fruit of the Spirit.

I would read Colossians and Philippians and compare myself.

Colossians 3:5 ESV Put to death [stop doing] therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 On account of these the wrath of God is coming. 7 In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. 8 But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. 9 Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices

Compare yourself, do I still do this? Do I look like this? Compare yourself to what the Scripture says you should look like.

Philippians 2:1 - 4 So if there is any encouragement in Messiah, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, 2 complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. 3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Ask yourself, are you like this?

Do you look like this?

Being saved means you become being part of Yahshua’s sheep.

Yahshua said, ”My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”

Do you hear Yahshua’s voice?

You see you need to test yourself to make sure you’re saved! You need to absolutely know! You cannot gamble with your soul.

Test yourself with Scripture to make sure you’re saved!

Let’s just pray right now. Let every single person in this room examine himself and herself.

Ask Yahweh, pray to Him right now and ask Him to show you if you’re truly saved!

After we pray, if you’re not sure if you heard from Yahweh or you’re not sure about your salvation, you need to speak to one of the ministers right now before you leave.

I’ll stay behind too, and we can sit and talk about your salvation. You need to be born again! You need to be saved!

Everyone, let’s all pray.

HalleluYah!
