The Feast of Unleavened
The Feast of Unleavened Bread commemorates the rescue of the nation of Israel from Egypt. It is the beginning of faith for everyone who comes to the Savior. The Feast of Unleavened Bread is sometimes called “Passover”. Strictly speaking, however, the Passover is the sacrifice. In the New Covenant, Yahshua is our Passover.
Just as it was necessary to eat the Passover on the first day of the very first Unleavened Bread to escape Egypt, so it is necessary for one to have Yahshua the Messiah to be saved from the world.
In 2017, Unleavened Bread will be observed from April 13th – 19th. Passover is the evening of April 12th.
